「北島亭」
四谷のフレンチ名店で、日本フレンチ界四天王の一つと言われたりもする。
お店は外観も店内も歴史を感じる落ち着く雰囲気。
3品コースか4品コースか悩みますが、4品コースを。
本日頂いたものはこちら。
・北海道産 生ウニのコンソメゼリー寄せ カリフラワーのクリーム
・仏産セップ茸のソテー ボルドー風仕立て
・千葉県産 平目のポワレ 粒マスタードのヴィネガーソース
・北海道産 黒毛和牛ランプのステーキ
・バナナとココナッツのタルト
・クッキーなど
料理はポーションが大きくて素材の良さを活かした骨太フレンチ。
フレンチを食べ慣れてない方でも、満足できる美味しいフレンチだと思う。
3品コースでも3品＋前菜やデザート2種類もくるので結構お腹いっぱいになると思いますw
