多分もう40年くらいはやっているかもです
事務所も40年くらい前から近くにあったのでよく利用していた
昔からの中華レストラン
きちんと円卓があり町中華とはちょっと違う
本日久しぶりに13時くらいに伺った
ランチメニューは16種類もあり、本日頂いたのは
14番の半炒飯と半カキソースそば 1100円
こちらの名物カキの和え蕎麦は具無しのシンプルな
ビーフンみたいな麺だ
こちらをよく利用する方はかならず一度は食べているだろう
有名なそばだ
カキの味がそれほど強いわけではないが
はまる人にははまる味なんだろう
私的にはそれほどカキ和えそばに固執はしないのですが
他の料理も十分美味しいのでそちらでもいいなと思っている
