つい最近、フォローしている方から知ったお店です。
いつか行こうとチェックしていたら、仕事で行った場所から数分だったのでランチ時間に訪れました。
食べたかったのは、具なしの焼きそば。
コヤコヤの焼きそばが好きなので、絶対食べてみたかった。
正式名称は「カキソース和えそば」
これだけでも良かったのですが、根が食いしん坊ですから牛肉入りお粥とのセットで。
両方とも少し量を控えめにしてもらっていますので、本来は写真よりももう少し量があります。
野菜が入っていないので、喉に詰まりがちなパサつきがあるのかなぁと思っていましたが、しっとりしています。
そして食べ飽きなかったです、私は。
お粥も良い味です。
なんでも「すべらないお店」の食べ物のことばかり考えている名プロデューサーが好きな料理の一つだそうです。
満足して食べ終わってから言うのも何ですが、またcoyacoyaの焼きそばも食べたくなってきたなぁ〜。
