四谷で昼飯を。
賑やかな平日の裏通りをブラブラ。エスニックなお店から、洋食、和食何でも揃ってる。
そんな中で、焼肉って看板が、、
昼から焼肉！いいじゃないの！！って事で訪問。
ランチ時ですが、そこそこ空いていて、
オーダーは、こちらのお店のランチメニューではメインとなるであろう、
焼肉苑 セット ごはん大盛 1100円
お肉はハラミ、カルビ、タン塩、もも肉、豚トロ 合計150ｇ
約5分程で着丼です。
美味しそうなご飯から頂きます。
血糖値スパイクですよってな声はわかるけど、
まず、何も食べてない状態で、お米を味わう。これやっちゃうんですよね。
焼肉と一緒に米ってのものわかるけど、米は米だけで食わせてくれ、、
で、これがまたいい塩梅に硬めに炊けてて、うまし！！
肉はもも肉から頂く。
タレは醤油とレモンがある。
タレをあまりつけなくても、ほんのり甘い肉。
柔らかい鶏やなあ。。
カルビもとても柔らかくて、旨味たっぷり。
はあ、昼から焼肉っていいなあ。( *´艸｀)
これで1,100円（ごはん普通なら1,000円ってのは知らんかったｗ）なら十分ＯＫでしょう！
次は夜 がっつり肉とビールでやりたいですな！！
