食べログで高評価のお店は本当に美味しいのか、実際に行ってみました。
【入店まで】
休日の14:30頃に伺い、そのまま入れました。
【店内】
テイクアウト専門のようで、狭いながらも高級感のある内装です。
専門店だけあってかすてらで埋め尽くされていますが、季節の和菓子も少しだけありました。
【注文】
かすてら (0.5斤): 700円
【見た目・味】
買うものは決まっていましたのでこちらを。0.5斤でもなかなかの大きさです。
生地はフワフワでとても柔らかく、若干ハチミツっぽい甘さも感じられて絶品。
下には大量のザラメが埋まっており、様々な甘さを広げてくれます。
手が止まらなくて危うく完食するところでした。
【総評】
これまで頂いたカステラの中で1番美味しかったかもしれません。
スタッフさんは無愛想だったけど、まぁ気にならない範囲です。
ほとんどが贈答用のお客さんでしたので、良いお店を見つけられて満足です。
