カステラが有名な和菓子百名店｡
明治30年創業｡
カステラを始めたのは大正5年。
平日の午前中に訪問。
一番人気の簡易包装のカステラもまだありましたが潰れるのが心配で箱入りを購入。
箱入りもラップでぴっちり包まれています。
ラップなのも素朴さや手作り感があり良い。
かすてら 0､5斤(箱入り) 800円
添加物なしの昔ながらのカステラ。
ふんわり､しっとり♪
甘さ過ぎない素朴で優しい味。
底にジャリジャリの大粒のザラメ。
食感と甘さが加わりとても美味しい。
ザラメが素朴さと懐かしさを感じさせる。
人気も納得のカステラ。
半斤でも思ったより大きい。
価格がお手頃なのもうれしい。
