1897年(明治30年)創業。かすてらは大正初期から製造。素朴な味わいと食感のかすてら。シンプルな素材(卵・小麦粉・砂糖等)で、昔ながらの伝統的な製法を守っている。甘さの過剰感がなく、添加物不使用なので、体に負担なく入ってくる
