和菓子百名店2023のこちらのお店を訪問。
土曜日14時45分頃、電話でお取り置きをお願いして、15時半頃に受け取りました。
テイクアウトのみとなっています。
訪問時カステラは完売していたため、遅めの時間帯であれば電話で確認してから訪問されるのをオススメします。
今回は、カステラ0.5斤(税込700円)を購入。
ふんわりとたまごの風味を感じる優しいお味で、甘いザラメのザクザク感も楽しめます。
最近流行りの台湾カステラのふわふわ食感とは異なり、昔ながらの日本のカステラという感じで懐かしさを覚えます。大満足です。
手土産にも喜ばれると思われる、こちらのカステラ。またこの味が恋しくなった頃に伺いたいと思います。
