東京四ツ谷、和菓子tokyo百名店、坂本屋さんです。
老舗和菓子屋さんの名物は二代目の時代より販売されているカステラです。
厳選した素材は、小麦粉、砂糖、水飴、味醂のみ。シンプルなゆえに、丁寧な仕事が要求される熟練の焼き菓子。
ガス焼きで1時間じっくり焼き上げておられます。底のザラメがアクセントになり、コクと旨みを引き立てます。
優しい甘さのカステラをいただきました。
