象潟の天然岩牡蠣
みずは、ほんのり煮浸し的に味付いてるかな。
ヌルヌルするのとしないのと。
牡蠣は当然部分別に食べ分け。
大きいけど、特に切ってはいない。
エラ？の部分が少し塩濃いめ。
身の部分に行くとどんどん濃いめ。
そしてそこは白子みたいにクリーミー。
