2016年で創業50年となります、しんみち通りで一番の老舗の居酒屋です。新鮮な比内地鶏をお求めやすい価格で提供させて頂いております。SAKE COMPETITION上位入賞酒を造られている秋田の小玉醸造のお酒と共に、比内地鶏を使ったきりたんぽ鍋や、鰰（はたはた）がまるごと入ったしょっつる鍋など丁寧に調理しました秋田料理をお楽しみ下さい。 |
コロナ前は著名な呑兵衛仲間が２0人くらい集まる大飲み会の会場にもなっていたお店。
いわゆる民芸調の店内で、秋田料理と美味しいお酒が揃う。
どこか懐かしい昔ながらの味のある雰囲気は、新しい店には絶対に出せないでしょう。
新鮮な鶏刺しは、お店の人が「今日は鶏刺しあるよー」と教えてくれて、そう言われたお客さんはたいてい「じゃあ、鶏さし!」と頼む名物。
レバーも砂肝も全てプリプリで美味しい。
もっと色々頼んだんだけど、家のように落ち着く雰囲気で、すっかり写真を撮るのも忘れて和んでしましました。
秋田のせりもあったら絶対頼みましょう。
飲食店向けの特別ないいちこ深薫を使った、しんみちハイボールがすっきりと美味しく、ついつい飲み過ぎてしまいました。
