3月下旬の小雨ぱらつくかなり寒い週末、ランチタイムの11:40頃に訪問。
券売機の前には3人ほどが並んでいましたが、皆さん手慣れたもの。私はスタミナ（ハンバーグと唐揚げ）を購入。店内のカウンターはポツポツと空き席があり、食券を手渡しながら、入り口近くの席に案内されました。
スープをどうぞ、と温かいコンソメスープ。冷え切った体に染み渡ります。マスターの調理を見ながら待つこと7、8分で到着しました。
ハンバーグと大きめの鳥の唐揚げ、サラダ、モヤシとコーンの付け合わせがお皿に盛り付けられています。ライスは少し多めかな。
ハンバーグはジューシーな挽肉と大きめにみじん切りされた玉ねぎがソースによく合います。ソースには焼いた油が混ざり合い、濃厚なお味。唐揚げは柔らかく、サクッと上がっています。少し多いかなと思いましたが、思いのほかあっさりといただけました。ちなみにライスは普通のごはんでした。
これで1000円以下とは驚き。他のメニューもかなり良心的な価格設定です。
ちなみに、店主と2人の店員が元気に働いているのをカウンターで眺めるのも良い感じです。ごちそうさまでした。また来ます。
