先に食券を買うスタイル。チーズハンバーグ950円を注文。カウンターキッチンになっており、料理している姿がはっきり見える。味、料理に自身があることが見てわかる。
ハンバーグも出来上がるまでの様子を見ながら待つ。店員さんのさばきがいいのでそこまで待たずに出来上がり。
ハンバーグはオーソドックスなデミグラスソースだが、美味い！ 老舗ならではの間違えがない味。つけ合わせのニンゲンも美味かった。
