近くで研修があり、お昼に抜け出し同僚3人でランチ。
お店を選んでいる時間もなく、えいっとこちらに飛び込みました。
小さなお店ですがセンスの良さを感じます。
一番リーズナブルな2000円のコースを。(税込み・サービス料なし)
サラダかスープをチョイスで、3人とも本日のグリンピースのポタージュ。
見た目が爽やかなわりに濃厚な味。 私には少し塩分が濃い気も。
パンは自家製のものが2種。
これはとても美味しく、お料理がくる前に危うく全部食べてしまいそうでした。
メインはパスタかお肉が選べ、私はお肉、同僚たちはパスタを。
仔羊モモ肉のロースト 粒マスタードソース は羊独特の臭みもなく、ソースや付け合わせのシメジやグラタンのようになっているじゃが芋も美味しくいただきました。
お肉の一部に硬い部分があったのがちょっと・・・
同僚の海老と貝類のパスタ オリーブ風味 もとても美味しそうでした。
デザートは木苺のムース。
色とりどりのフルーツも添えられ、5層になったムース・スポンジなどが華やかです。
最後は珈琲・紅茶でおしまい。
研修の合間に優雅な時間を過ごしてしまいました。 。
午後、眠くなりませんように・・・ 笑
