近年、芸術品のような盛りつけのパフォーマンスや話題性を売りにするフレンチが多い中、
本当にリピートしようと思うのは限られております。或いは最初が良くて、2回目に行ったら
もう次はイイかな・・・ということも少なくありません。
このイル・ド・パッションは小さな可愛らしい、パリの街角にでもありそうなビストロ風のお店。
気取りがなくて暖かくて、各テーブルごとの小さなお花もホッと和みます。
そしてやはり素晴らしいのはそのお料理。
お手頃価格のランチにしても、決して手抜きのないしっかりとした調理。
付け合わせのお野菜なども､素材を大切にしつつその美味しさをもっと引き出すように
工夫されております。
特に、お料理に使われるソースは素晴らしい！
私は20年以上も通い続けておりますが、小さいながらも固定客がいることが頷けますし、
場所柄、外国人も多く来店します。
シェフのお料理に向かわれる真摯な姿勢が、すべての形となって表れているのだと思います。
四谷で美味しいものを気軽に楽しく戴きたいと思ったら、先ずは此処です。
