土曜日の午後、おじゃましました。
お店は入ってすぐの客席の他、奥にも部屋があるようです。白とベージュのテーブルクロス、シンプルな木の椅子、ギンガムチェックのカーテンが温かい印象です。
ランチメニュー４種の中から、前菜、スープ、メイン、デザートのメニューＢをオーダー。メインは肉料理か魚料理が選べるため、スズキのポワレ 赤ワインソースにしてみました。
まず、前菜の海鮮サラダ仕立て ハーブ添えが供されました。様々な野菜、海鮮が使われていて、彩りがよく、目でも楽しむことができます。野菜の中には下味がついているものもありました。スモークサーモン等の魚介類の旨味をハーブがさわやかにまとめていて、おいしくいただきました。
続いてえんどう豆のポタージュ。濃厚で、えんどう豆とフォンの旨味を強く感じました。
メインのスズキのポワレは、カボチャ、ブロッコリー、シメジ、エビ、カブ等、いろいろな食材が美しく盛りつけられていました。濃厚な赤ワインソースにあっさりした白身がよく合い、付け合わせ類も手がかかっていて、楽しみながらいただくことができました。
デザートは洋梨のパイと苺のソルベ。ブルーベリーやラズベリー、キウイ等が添えられています。苺のソルベがとてもおいしく、印象に残りました。カフェもデザートに合っていました。
ホール担当のスタッフは２人だと思いますが、客席数に対して少ないように感じました。奥の部屋に団体のお客さんがいたためで、通常はこのような状況にはならないのかもしれませんが・・・。サービスにおいて、少々残念な点が見受けられましたが、気持ちはこもっていたと思いますので、今後に期待しています。
