Shrimp fried rice No. 1
It's on the top floor of a building with a Ramen shop below. I had business at the Ramen shop downstairs, but it was crowded so I decided to be adventurous and go in. I ordered shrimp fried rice, gomoku fried rice, and Gyoza / Dumpling. The Gomoku fried rice was just rice with mixed vegetables and wasn't very tasty. I wonder if Gyoza / Dumpling is also normal. I thought it was a failed adventure, but the "shrimp fried rice" was incredibly delicious. I've eaten most of the fried rice around Yotsuya, and this is by far the best. At other restaurants, the fried rice is made with a lot of oil and becomes crumbly, but this restaurant simply shakes the pot a lot to make it flaky, so it's not greasy and has a pure deliciousness. It takes a while for the food to come out, so I'm selective, but I think it's worth coming to eat the shrimp fried rice.
