経費の関係で、いつものお鮨やに行けず少し安めのお鮨やさん探していたら・・・
こちらのお鮨やさんを紹介してもらいました。
まず、予約した時同業者の予約を入れないよう気を使ってくれた。
最近、有名店になりつつある高級鮨やさんは、全然気を遣ってくれない。
しかも詰め過ぎ、待たせ過ぎ。
その点こちらは回転も気にせず余裕を持ってくれたので
待たずに入れたし、ほぼ貸切状態にしてくれた。
味はどのおつまみもお鮨もなかなかのもの。
まだまだ完成されてる！とか芸術！！とまでは思わなかったが
楽しく話しながら鮨をつまむには非常に良かった。
あとお値段も他店に比べるとリーズナブル。
でも有名になったら値上げするみたい・・・
お鮨やさんって皆そうよね。
見つけた！と思ったらいつの間にか有名店になって天狗になって・・・
あんまり口コミとかしないほうがいいのかしら・・・
