お店の中の印象ですが…綺麗。清潔感。
鮨 いがらしは隅々まで綺麗に清掃されていて
飲食店の鏡だなぁっと思いました！
お料理は、いつも大将にお任せ♪
白身のお刺身は絶品です！昆布締めも！！
握りは、シャリは赤酢、ネタとシャリのバランスが絶妙で、口に入れ食べ終わる時までバランスがよいです。
なによりサイズ感が大きすぎず、小さすぎず、食べやすくお上品です。シャリとネタが同時に溶けて無くなっていきます(〃ω〃)
いつも腹八分で自重するのですが、このお店に来ると気がついたらお腹一杯になってます。
