勤務先の近くで、居酒屋探していたときに、バーのマスターから紹介頂いたお店に伺いました。
10人くらいで満席になりそうな小さなお店でしたが、いい雰囲気です。
魚色々あって悩んでいたら盛り合わせつくりましょうかと言っていただき、刺し身盛り合わせと浦霞純米を注文しました。お通しも小魚の甘露煮、エシャロットと煮貝、どれも日本酒に合いました。刺し身は、カツオ、シマアジ、〆鯖、イカなど7種類程でした。大将から唐辛子の入った辛いお醤油進められ、それでいただく刺し身モも美味しかったです。追加で頼んだ一ノ蔵の熱燗ともよく合いました。
今回は一人だったので刺し身盛り合わせだけでしたが、他にも多くの料理があり、通いたいお店がまた一つ見つかりました。
