Eating out for the first time in a while. The weather is nice and it's not too hot or humid to go out. Today we are aiming for a Chinese Cuisine restaurant along Shinjuku Street in Yotsuya. However, there is nothing like it locally, and it appears that the store has moved or closed. I had no choice but to go to a Chinese Cuisine restaurant that I saw on the way. It's not like there's only Chinese food around here, but when it comes to reasonably priced and quality food, I always turn to Chinese food. If you enter Shinmichi-dori in Ipponbiro, you'll find more varieties, but I feel like there are many shops with an atmosphere that makes you want to drink alcohol even during the day. This is a typical restaurant with a red color scheme and menus with photos outside. This is a great restaurant where you can enjoy decent set meals with the highest price range being 800 yen to 850 yen. Go down the stairs to the first basement floor and sit at a table for two near the entrance. The interior is decorated with Chinese-style accessories, and the chairs and tables are dark brown and have a heavy feel. Although it's underground, I thought it would feel oppressive, but it didn't bother me, probably because of the sunlight coming in from outside. It was 12:20 p.m., and of course there was a small group of office workers having lunch. Most people order a set meal that comes with Noodles. Even when you look at the menu, there are many attractive items. Sweet and sour pork, Happo greens, Chinjiao loin, etc. will also increase your appetite, but today's Sichuan-style spicy stir-fried chicken set meal costs 800 yen.I heard that you can only get one refill of rice, soup, and pickles, but I'm going to limit it today. . After looking around, we arrived in about 8 minutes and the light steam made us happy. First of all, rice, Chinese rice is often hard or has a strange smell, but this feels more like a Japanese-style meal restaurant. The main dish is chicken, as well as colorful vegetables such as green peppers, onions, and carrots, which are cooked and crunchy. The chicken is soft but has a firm texture. There is a lot of food, and even if you eat it, it won't decrease easily, so you're happy. Even though it's spicy, I feel the spiciness of the salt rather than the spiciness of the chili pepper. There are a few hawk claws in it, but even when you bite into it, it doesn't taste that spicy. Because the seasoning is strong, the rice goes on and on, and the rice is finished with half of the side dishes. If you don't eat rice, the flavor will be quite strong. So maybe it can be used as a substitute for rice. The soup is a complete contrast to the main dish, with a gentle, eggy aroma and thick taste. Almond tofu has a common taste, and I guess it's just enough, but it's pleasing to the taste buds used to strong flavors. Overall, I would appreciate this content at this price.
