中華屋さん。
お昼の店内はお客さんで賑わってます。
近所の家族連ればかり。
店に入ると豚骨スープの匂いが。え？豚骨ラーメン？
メニューは少なめワンタン麺が売りのようで
塩と醤油から選びます。
それと頂点麻婆豆腐なるものと。写真忘れました。
デロデロの片栗粉多めのマルミヤのそれのようで
豆腐は揚げ豆腐だと思います。
何が頂点なのかここではワンタンメンだよねって。
豚骨醤油の濃厚なスープのワンタンメン。
塩の方が味がはっきり、醤油はぼけてます。
麺も硬めでお願いまあいいほうですかね。
