炭火で焼いた魚と、旬のお刺身が美味しく食べられるお店。 |
平日の11:50頃入店しました。
銀ムツ香味焼き@1,200を注文しました。
脂の乗った程良い焼き加減の魚が到着です。
ここはお米にもこだわっていで、新潟のこしひかり(お米が良くても炊き方が悪いと台無しですが)が少し硬めに炊いてあります。
次はシャケ幽庵焼きかな。
