松屋は松屋なので基本語ることもないのだがガリチキとトンテキは毎年食べる。せっかくログを付ける習慣がついたので定点観測的に記録しておこうと思う。というわけで、いまやっている平成レトロフェア（何を以て平成レトロとしているかは不明）の第1弾がトンテキだったので行った記録。
今回のトンテキは1枚～4枚まで選べるようになっていて、ミニマムの価格が600円台と以前より抑えられている。一方で4枚でも1,000円を切るので、昨今の都心ランチ事情からすると中々コスパが良い。1枚あたりはトンテキとしてはきもち薄切り。それなりにやわらかく食べやすいお肉。これが2020年以降の松屋トンテキの方向性。なのだが…そうじゃねーんだ…2019年以前の角材みたいなぶっといヤシヤシ食感の固めトンテキがまたいつか食いたい。その幻影を追い求め、ポスターでおおよそを察しても、出るたびに試し続けている。
トンテキはパンチの効いたガーリックソースに浸っており、ガーリックチップがトッピングしてある。味は美味い。松屋がこのベクトルのソース出してくるときのメニューは割といつも好き。ごはんバクバク食える。ガリバタチキンとか。チップは食感があんま好きじゃあないのとニンニクを意識しすぎちゃうのであまり食べず。流石に4枚だと少し飽きるのでキムチ豚汁セットとかと合わせたらいいかもと思った。
慌てて販売終了まで高頻度でローテに組み込むほどではないけれど、4枚オーダーでたっぷり食える点、前回のトンテキよりかは何となく一枚一枚の食い応え（噛み応え）が引き締まったと感じた点において、わりとアリかなと思った2023・梅雨・トンテキ。ちなみにこの店舗は配膳セルフサービス式で、カウンターまで自分で取りに行くスタイル。わりと店内が広いのでそこが気に入っている。
