四谷にある「鶏焼肉のんき」を訪れました。
こちらの店は、鶏肉に特化した焼肉店で、自家製味噌を使用した料理が自慢です。
平日の夕方に訪れた際は、店内は比較的空いており、すぐに席に案内していただけました。
私は、鶏焼肉のさまざまな部位を味わうことができました。
鳥焼肉の多彩なメニューの中で、特に目を引いたのは、自家製味噌で丁寧に味付けされた鳥もも肉とせせりの焼肉でした。
この店の鳥焼肉は、ただ焼くだけでなく、味噌の風味をしっかりと肉に染み込ませることで、深い味わいを引き出しています。
口噛むごとに溢れる肉汁と味噌の香ばしさが口いっぱいに広がります。
鶏肉ですのでしっかり焼くのがいいですね。
また、鳥刺しに関しては、その新鮮さに驚くばかりでした。
特に記憶に残ったのは、鶏のがつとレバーの刺し身です。
がつはほのかな甘味としっとりとした食感が楽しめました。
一方、レバーの刺し身は、濃厚な味わいがありながらも後味はさっぱりしており、特有の臭みも感じられませんでした。
これらを自家製味噌と一緒に味わうことで、また違った美味しさを発見することができ、鳥肉の新しい魅力に気づかされました。
しかし、店内はやや煙が充満しており、服に匂いがつくのが少々気になる点でした。
焼肉のお店なのでしょうがないですね。
この日は、鶏焼肉以外にもサラダや煮麺など、さまざまな料理を堪能しましたが、特に印象に残ったのはやはり鳥焼肉と鳥刺しでした。
鶏の魅力を存分に引き出す調理法と味付けによって、鳥料理の新たな境地を感じさせてくれます。
価格帯については、非常にリーズナブルで、コスパが良いと感じました。
飲み物も手頃な価格で提供されており、お酒と一緒にゆっくりと食事を楽しむことができます。
全体的に、「鶏焼肉のんき」は、鳥焼肉を堪能できる良店であると感じました。
味はもちろん、雰囲気やコスパも含めて、また訪れたいと思えるお店です。
次回は、さらに多くの部位や料理を試してみたいと思います。
