店内は和風な感じで小上がりの席などもあります。
金曜日ということもありサラリーマンなどの飲み会が目立ちました。
牛たんを食べ尽くせるということで牛たん好きな友人と予約して訪問。
特に印象に残ったものをピックアップ★
★ 牛たんつくね
つくねの柔らかさの中にしっかり牛たんの歯応えがあり牛たんをしっかり感じることができます。新感覚のつくねでした。
★ ３種食べ比べ
牛たんを塩、味噌タレ、茹でたん３種食べ比べられます。味噌タレがしっかりしており個人的には味噌タレが美味しかったです。茹でたんも柔らかいのでめちゃくちゃおすすめです。
★タンシチュー
タンの出汁が滲み出ているシチューは深みがあって美味しいです。タンもしっかり煮込まれているためホロホロで簡単に噛みきれます。パンをつけて食べたくなる。
飲み物の種類も多いです。
その中でもレモンサワーがおすすめです！
