土曜日の15時半頃に訪問。
4人掛けが2つ中1つ、2人掛けが5つ中3つ埋まっていました。
1人だったので2人掛けの席をとるように案内され、レジで先に代金を払うシステム。
鹹豆漿（店内利用550円）を注文すると、割とすぐ、2〜3分で出てきたように思います。
両手サイズの器にたっぷりの鹹豆漿。
干しエビやネギがたっぷりとトッピングされていて、中にはザーサイもたくさん。
ベースのやさしい味のアクセントになっていて、あっという間に完食。
注文の際にラー油をかけるか確認されたので、今回はかけずにいただきました。
30分弱の滞在でしたが、その間に満席になった後に3席ほど空いて…という感じでした。
店員さんの対応も丁寧で、行って良かったお店です。
次は胡椒餅をいただきたいな〜と思っています。
