木の温もりが感じられる空間で、朝の時間を優雅にかたどってくれます。外のテラス席など、この時期とてもニーズが高そうだ。人気メニューは台湾の朝ごはんとしてポピュラーな『鹹豆漿（シェントウジャン）』。とろとろの豆乳スープに酸味を効かせたアウトプット。トッピングは、干しエビ、ネギな、ひたひたになった揚げパンなど、これがスープを楽しむ装置にもなっております。内容もボリュームも超絶ヘルシーで、丁寧な生活な朝食となりました。ご馳走様です。
