辛ねぎ味噌らーめん990円。
容姿も味も火山爆発、噴火の様な拉麺。ちぢれ中太麺ともやし、キャベツ、半熟卵、ピーナッツの具材の入ったあっさりとしながら鋭い辛さの味噌スープに、大振りの唐辛子漬け白髪葱が大量トッピング、舌が震える一杯。半熟卵が唯一の逃道。
食店が立ち並ぶ激戦の、四ツ谷しんみち通りにある味噌拉麺専門店。決して辛味噌専門店ではない。。味噌担々麺は淡白でシャープな辛味との事。
