普段は月土日祝日はお休みと伺っていましたが、臨時カフェを開店されると聞き訪問。
お目当てはバケットサンドでしたが、天草から作った寒天のあんみつにも惹かれて、あんみつとバケットサンドを。
焼き立てバケットはモチモチでパリパリで具材のバランスもよく、テンション上がります。
さらに、あんみつの寒天もほどよい歯ごたえやのどごしがハマります。あんも甘すぎず、生姜がほどよくきいた蜜も絶品でした。
