四谷にあるそば系居酒屋さん。知人の紹介で伺いました。
平日夜、この日は雨脚でしたが、店内は3組ほど。
まずはビールで乾杯。アラカルトで以下を注文
鴨の助ポテトサラダ
アボガドわさびと半熟卵がマッチしたポテサラ
鶏の軟骨揚げ、せせりポン酢といったこのあたりも鴨そば屋の自信の鳥料理といったところでしょうか。美味かったです。
やはりメインを食いたいということで、鴨つけそば（ハーフ）と看板メニューの親子丼を注文。飲む親子丼とのことで、確かにジューシーかつとろとろの親子丼で雑炊のようです。とても美味しい親子丼でした。反面、蕎麦が心もとない。まったく平凡な印象で蕎麦屋の蕎麦という感じではなかった。完全に親子丼屋といった印象が最後に残りました。
蕎麦のクオリティが高くなれば、とても楽しめるお店でしょう。
なお店舗の広さとこの日の客数に対してスタッフ2名ですが、手際の悪さが気になるので改善を期待したい。
