A Chinese Cuisine restaurant opened last summer along the street behind Shinmichi Dori in Yotsuya. I saw it on the Ichigaya Keizai Shimbun website and was interested, so I went there. The inside of the store is quite spacious, and the decorations such as paper lanterns create a fun atmosphere reminiscent of a night market. The touch-panel ordering system had some Chinese characters on the screen, so I tried to order various things even though I was hesitant. [Drool chicken 880 yen + Night Market Xiao Xiaolongbao + 550 yen + Golden fried rice 990 yen] + Drink fee Drool chicken is a soft and juicy chicken with a sauce that brings out the flavor with a moderate amount of acidity and spiciness, and goes well with sake. Ta. Xiaolongbao is steamed over thinly sliced daikon radish, so you can pick it up with chopsticks without tearing it, and the soup is overflowing inside. The amount of soup in Xiaolongbao of that size is a surprise that you won't find anywhere else. The first impression of the golden fried rice was that it was fluffy, and the second impression was that it was moist. Each grain of rice is coated with egg, making this fried rice a dish with a strong egg flavor. Personally, I was more impressed by this fried rice than the fried rice at a certain famous restaurant in Komagome. Once again, I'm surprised that although the restaurant and food are authentic and somewhat high-end, the prices are on par with local Chinese food. I would like to visit again and try other things.
