九州の料理がメインのお店みたいで、地鶏の刺身などもあり、珍しい。
☆レバ刺
表面が軽く、熱が通らせてあります。トロトロのレバーと生ニンニクと胡麻油で、口の中が幸せになりました。
☆地鶏のレア焼き
地鶏の旨みと、塩味が効いた味付け、柚子胡椒と生ニンニクで味変して、美味しく、楽しめます。
☆馬刺し
馬刺しにレモンを絞って、九州の甘めの醤油に生ニンニクをつけて頂きます。こちらも間違いなく美味しい。
☆もつ煮込み
もつがたぷり入っています。もつ以外も、こんにゃく、ネギ、人参、白髪ネギが沢山トッピングされていてボリューム満点。味も白味噌が優しい味噌味でモツとの相性がバッチリ。
飲み放題2時間、美味しいつまみで大満足な時間でした。
