昨年12月にコモレ四ツ谷にオープンしたSUNRISE四ツ谷駅店さんへ。
タイ料理とインド料理を中心のアジア料理を扱っています。
この日はタイ料理にしました。
飲み物はインドのチャイとラッシーにしましたが(^_^;)
2人でトムヤムクンフォー、パッタイ、サーモンの生春巻き、エビとアボカドの生春巻き、エビの揚げ春巻き、牛肉の炙り焼き、カノムトゥアイを頼みました。
まずはサービスでフライドパパト(インドのウエハース)がでてきました。
薄い揚げせんべいで、パリッと、エビの風味もありました。
次に生春巻き2種がきました。
野菜がたっぷり入っていて、生春巻きのライスペーパーは今まで食べたなかで1番もっちり歯ごたえがありました。
スイートチリは甘めの仕上げで辛いのが苦手なかたでも問題ないです。
間もなく、エビの揚げ春巻きが登場しました。
表面はサクサクの衣で油っこくなく、エビもしっかり。
牛肉の炙り焼きは熱々の鉄板に もやしとキャベツのひいた上に牛肉とパクチー、パプリカが乗っていました。
牛肉の余計な脂が下に落ち、食べ応えと、牛の味わいがありました。
トムヤムクンフォーはトムヤムクン独特の酸っぱさは さほど感じす、どちらかというと魚介の旨みのきいた爽やかな辛さのスープでした。
フォーは柔らかく、スープがよく絡んで美味しかったです。
パッタイはもちもちの米粉麺で酸っぱいタイ風焼きそば。
桜エビと香ばしさとニラの食感も良かったです。
〆のデザートはカノムトゥアイにしました。
薄い小皿はまだ熱く、2層になったココナッツプリンは上の層は ほんのり塩気と甘みがあり、下の層は もちっとしたデザートでした。
ラッシーは濃厚で、チャイも飲みやすかったです。
お店はコモレ四ツ谷のレストラン街にあり、店内はアジア風で綺麗で席はゆったり。
店員さんも気が利いて、まめに水を聞いてくれました。
お店とは関係ないのですが、施設の御手洗の数が少なすぎると感じました。
