この日は午後2時から約1時間ほど、四ツ谷駅近く麹町口方面にて打合せ。終了後、前から気になっていたこちらへ立寄りました。
遅い朝飯であったためお腹が空かず、午後3時過ぎ独自の昼飯タイム。
四ツ谷駅前の絶好のロケーションにあるコモレ四ツ谷ビル1階に在る同店は、2023年12月開店。
インド&タイ料理のアジアン料理って？外国へ行った折に見かける怪しいアジアンミックスの店？みたいな思いも一瞬過ぎるものの、それよりも何よりも利便性の高い場所で目立つ店内の灯りに惹かれ、スパイス料理好きとしては、立ち寄らないわけには行きません。
そんな訳で早速入店。先客4人ほどで店内広々。
インネパ系店員さんに 1人と申告すると、店内中ほど窓際の4人がけ席に通されゆっくりと着席。
メニューを見ると、まだランチタイムメニュー。念のためまだランチメニューやってるのか尋ねると、やってますの返事。
遅いランチタイムゆえ、然程重く食べる訳には行かず、程々のカロリーに収まるメニューという視点で目に入ったのは、タイランチの「タイグリーンカレーセット」と、インディアンランチで店の名を冠した「サンライズスペシャルセット」でしたが、日頃のインド好きからこの日選んだのは後者。
「サンライズスペシャルセット」の内訳は、カレー2種、ナン、サフランライス、骨なしタンドリーチキン、本日のサラダ、ドリンク、デザートから成る¥1,318（税込¥1,450）これに決め注文。
選んだカレーは、好みに基づき、ほうれん草とカッテージチーズ、ミックスベジタブルの2種。
辛さは、Medium（普通）Spicy（辛い）の２通りからお選びくださいのメニュー記載に従い、Spicy（辛い）を選択。
待つこと数分、最初にサラダとドリンク（プレーンラッシー）登場。
サラダは、レタスとタマネギ、紫キャベツ、コーン、各々を細かくカットしたミニサイズ。
ドレッシングは、コールスロー系の印象で普通の美味しさ。
その後にメインのワンプレート登場。タンドリーチキンも骨なしであったり、カレーの器自体、他店のそれと比べてもやや小振りな感じ且つ荒々しさは無く、見た目比較的コンパクトにまとまって綺麗な印象。
さて、カレー類のワンプレート実食。
２つのカレーともにSpicy（辛い）を選んだものの、辛さは中辛で然程辛いとは言えない。
各々個性を放つ仕立てではないけれど、まとまりはあり各々美味しく口に合います。
ナンも焼き上がり綺麗で、香ばしく美味しい。
サフランライスの米は、バスマティライスだけどカレーやデザートと同じ小振りな器に盛られ量は少ない。味は程々に美味しい。もっと食べたくなるが、セットの量はこんなところ。
デザートは、これも同じ小振りな器にマンゴーゼリー？か果実系ゼリーにアーモンドスライスを上に乗せたものですが、普通に美味しくいただきました。
ドリンク（プレーンラッシー）も、甘過ぎず普通に美味しくいただきました。
全体として、洗練され日本人向けに綺麗に作り上げられた印象で、ファン層は広いのではないかと思われます。
後で調べて分かったのですが、運営母体は、2014年に設立されたインド系の（株）HIRA（本社・銀座）で、インドとタイ料理店を別名称のレストラン含め立川、銀座、目黒、大門、木場、品川、それにこちら四ツ谷に展開するやり手。

この店の味わいを起点に、系列の他店も訪ねてみたいと思った次第。
またここへは、昼の味だけでなく、次回夜の時間帯にも訪ねてみたい。美味しくいただきました。ご馳走さまでした。
