四ツ谷にあるとんかつ&焼鳥An四谷。
とんかつを中心とした居酒屋。
とんかつの名店 “赤坂 フリッツ”(現ポンチ軒の前身店)の揚げ物を出すということで行きました。
またこちらの運営会社はSALVATORE CUOMOやXEXなど雰囲気の良いお店づくりをされてる会社です。
今回ランチで、特上ロースかつ定食をオーダーしました。
人気で混雑してましたがオーダーから提供までに35分。
スタッフさんもまだ慣れてせいなのか、他のテーブルへ提供し間違いに気づきそのお皿をこちらへ。
店長が遅かったことに謝罪に来るも混雑してるから仕方ないという言い方で残念に思いました。
ランチ時間帯で混雑してて提供が30分以上かかるなら最初に伝えていただける配慮があっても良かったのではと思いましたが、これは言い訳だなとすぐに感じました。
肝心のとんかつの下側がベチャベチャ。
揚げたあと網に置いておかず、まな板の上に数分以上放置されていたとわかりました。
明らかにキッチンのミス。
残念ながら美味しいとんかつは他にも数多くありますし、このような対応されて、時間も失ったので次はないなと思いました。
チェーン店と個店との差がこういうところにでてきてる感ありますね。
