本日は、寿司やら焼肉やらで酷使している胃を休めようと思って飲み屋で評判の良いこちらに訪問。結果は大当たり。
つまみは、お通し（もやしナムル、ちくわ牛蒡、カボチャの煮付け－どれもちょっとずつ美味しい）冷やしトマト（赤いラベルのテーブル塩はご愛嬌）、豚の角煮（こんなねっとりとした脂は初めてで美味しい。）、巨大なサバの味噌煮も正しく上質。
焼酎は最初勧められた「じょか」スタイル。高尾山の湧き水と合わせて５日前から寝かせてある物をお燗しているそうな。本日のじょか用焼酎は島美人で、６割で割るスタイル。その後「芋」原酒から始まり、神座などの芋焼酎を７，８杯ほどロックでいただく。最後はあまり覚えていないが、大将とえらく仲良くなった記憶だけ。。お会計は6みなほん。プレミアム焼酎をあれだけ飲んだからしょうがないかな。胃は休んだかもしれないが、肝臓さんにはかえって迷惑をかけちまって申し訳ないところ。
こちら、焼酎好きは来ない理由が見あたらない名店だ。
