東京メトロ四谷三丁目、新宿通りから車力門通りに入ってすぐにある鰻屋さんに平日ランチの少し遅めの時間帯に訪問。
うな重竹¥4,200、(肝吸いにすると¥4,600。)に肝焼き¥600を追加。
まず肝焼きが登場。ぷりぷりの肝がしっかりと焼かれて香ばしい。
うな重は、鰻が香ばしく、ふわっとしていてキレのあるタレで好み。ご飯はお米の粒がしっかりしていて好みの炊き上がり。これはいいですね。
お漬物もしっかりボリュームがありうな重を邪魔しない塩梅薄めでバランスがいい。
お茶も茶葉の甘さがあって、細部まで抜かりなしの印象。
店内はテーブル席でゆったり配置されています。清潔感もあり、お店の方の対応は丁寧でいいですね。
肝焼きは売り切れのことが多いので事前予約が望ましいそうです。
