豚肉と牛肉のしゃぶしゃぶ食べ放題コースをお願いしました。牛禅と言うお店が同じビルに入ってますがこのお店は6階です。同じ会社の系列でこちらの方がより高級なお店だとのことです。5000円の食べ放題コースを予約して案内された席は個室でした。ホールの男性も女性もとても丁寧で気持ちがいいです。出てきたお肉もちゃんとしたお肉でとても気持ちよく美味しく堪能できました。一番初めセットされるまで時間がかかりますがその後はスムーズに追加のお肉も出てきます。お肉は牛ロースと豚ロース、豚バラです。牛ロースは柔らかいですね。豚ロースもおいしくコクがあります。牛と豚でタレが違うのもよかったです。牛はポン酢とごまだれ、豚はカツオの利いた醤油ベースのタレです。豚バラは60歳の私にはちょっとしつこかったです。ので追加は牛と豚のロースを主にお願いしました。この内容でこの接客で飲み物含め10,000円を切るとはとてもありがたかったです。ご馳走様でした。また伺いたいと思います。
