2005年12月、東京・荒木町にオープン。2012年から６年連続でミシュランガイドの星を獲得されていて、予約が取りにくい事でも有名な和食店。
アクセスは、丸ノ内線四谷三丁目駅4番出口より徒歩3分、都営新宿線曙橋駅より徒歩5分。ここ数年、いわゆる食通の方々が通う名店と言われる店が多いエリアです。
ラーメン屋の倉庫だったところをリノベーションした店内は、和とアジアンテイストと融合されているような温かみのある空間。
さぞかし仕込みが大変だろうと思われる、手間をかけた料理は、どれも奥深い味わいで、季節感を大切にしたものばかり。
名物の「玉地蒸し」は、生ウニと蟹の内子を使っていて、とても濃厚かつ贅沢な味わいでした。
