曙橋早飲め店
にんにく鍋～
5/10曇→雨→晴
曙橋でつなぎ飲み。
通常のお店がまだ営業してない午後三時台だよ。
あけぼの橋通りに来て、目当てのとんかつ屋は休み？
ぐるぐる回って悩んでたら、このお店が午後四時からだったので入った。
入ると長ーくカウンター。
入口近くに一脚だけ？テーブル席と言えるのかな？の二人席も有る。
随分潔いなと思ったら、二階も有るらしい。
カウンターは、椅子少なくて一席分のスペースが広々ゆったり。
やっぱり潔いなあ。

黒ホッピー
ガリサワーは混ぜたら結構甘い。
ホッピーは一杯目の中無料だって。
お通し席料無く、串は一本から。
潔いというか男らしい。
お店の方々もとても好感。

名物って明記してあるからガツポン。
少し塩振ったら余計に旨くなった。
瀬戸のほんじお焼き塩だから余計？
串は芥子添え。
全部最安値のから選んだ。
タレの二本は、焼き過ぎてない感じ。
テッポウはかなりのグニャグニャ噛み応え。
タレは独特にツン？とする匂い。
甘い。
塩の二本はよく焼いたなな感じ。
普段そんなに得意としてないハツの方が美味しく感じたりする。
ずっとメニューと睨めっこしてて気になってるのが、にんにく鍋。
明日知ってる誰かと全く会わないなら注文したいけどなあ。
我慢。

曙橋で知人と早飲み。
といってももう午後4時だけど。
それでもまだ飲めるお店ほぼ無さそうな曙橋。
入ると長くカウンターだけ。
テーブルは二階に有るらしいけど、
この時間はまだみたい。
カウンター一番奥で。
