一本四ツ谷よりの車力門通りは3店ほど行ったことがあります。

杉大門通りに入ってすぐの場所に珉珉という中華屋さんがありました。
酢＆胡椒で餃子を頂く名店、青山一丁目の珉珉とは全然別のお店です。
カウンター席は間隔をかなり開けてL字で4席。
誰もいなかったのでカウンター席につこうとしたら「テーブル席にどうぞ」と言われました。
テーブル席は4人席が2つ、2人席が2つという構成です。
14時10分の到着で先客は1名でした。
店員さんは男性おじさん2名体制でした。
卓上にはありふれた調味料一式。
ランチ、、、に限らないかも。ラーメン中心のセットと、定食メニューがあります。
昼時にオーダーできるのかどうかは不明ですがグランドメニューもありました。
■Aセット（950円）
ラーメン、半チャーハン、ミニ餃子が付いたAセット。
この年でこんなにいっぱい食べる必要あるのかな？という疑問は抱きつつ。
それでもお店のサブタイトルに「餃子の老舗」とあったので、餃子は食べないとなあと思ってこちらにしました。
なお、ものすごい早さで登場しました。
ラーメンには半分ですが半熟玉子が入っています。
珍しいくらい科学の味。清々しいほど完成された味がします。
そしてすごく味が濃いです。
麺も量産型。3点で1,000円以下を実現するためには避けられないことかもしれない。
ラーメンに負けず劣らず餃子も餡の下味がかなりしっかりした味です。ライスが欲しくなるというかないと厳しい。
これ以上味を重ねるのは難しいと思い醤油すら使わず食べました。
炒飯も科学と塩胡椒の味わい。ただ3つの中では一番味の濃さは控えめです。が、一般的には濃いめの部類に入ると思います。
具は玉子、葱、叉焼。
全体的に味が濃いので、食後とても喉が渇きました。
