PR for restaurants |
2 minutes from Yotsuya-Sanchome Station. A Chinese Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that has been loved since 1952. All-you-can-drink order buffet for 2,980 yen.
Look for the red sign and you'll find this restaurant, which is an offshoot of Shibuya Minmin. The must-try dish at this restaurant is the "fried Gyoza / Dumpling" (400 yen) with a strong hint of garl |
Minmin in Yotsuya 3-chome. A familiar name that seems like it could be found anywhere. Are there franchises? The kanji doesn't show up on an iPhone. It's served in 6 minutes. It's nice that they serve it all at once. First of all, Gyoza / Dumpling has a filling that is mainly made of very fine vegetables. The thick skin is chewy and rolled with few creases. It's good as is, or with vinegar and soy sauce if you like. The fried Gyoza / Dumpling goes perfectly with the gyoza. You can eat this as is, but it's even better with the Gyoza / Dumpling. You pour Ramen over it. The soup is a light, old-fashioned style just as it looks. This combination is unfair, and it's also cheap.
