最近、荒木町周辺、いや東京で噂のお店
いい噂しか聞かないお店
おまかせでつまみにぎりと頂きました。
仕事が丁寧なのが一目瞭然。
何を食べても美味しく、雰囲気もいい...
3度目の予約挑戦で1週間後の席が確保。といっても今までは、「今日これから」とか「明日・・・」みたいな感じだったのだけど。
店のご主人に聞くと、もちろん毎日満席というわけではなく、ぽっこり空いている日...
なぜこのお店を知ったのか・・・がよく思い出せない。
恐らく、ネットでふらふらしているうちに見つけたのだと思う。
そして実家からそう遠くない場所だから気にとめたのだと思う。
いや・・・実家近く...
鮨屋の評価はとても難しい。
そもそも鮨の美味さの基準て何なのだろう・・？
