立ちそば屋なのに天ぷらが揚げたて！
丸の内線・四谷三丁目駅から徒歩4〜5分、新宿通りに面して平日24時間営業で便利。
注文は"初来店の時はまず左上を攻める"法則に従い、ミニ天丼セットの"もり"(590円)。
そばは押し出し型製麺機なので、茹で立てを頂けるし、ココのもりは氷水での締まりがいいです。
さすがに本格的な蕎麦屋にはかなわないが、駅そばや他の立ちそば屋と比較すると、かなりいいと思う(^^)
あと、ココ、天ぷらが揚げ立てなのはほんと嬉しい！ワンオペなのにすごいです！
そのせいか、ワンオペのオヤジさんがかなりしんどそうで、接客がぶっきらぼうなのはまぁ仕方ないw

今日はむじなそば(420円)を注文。きつねの甘い油あげと、たぬきのサクサク天かすがいい感じ。
サブスクで大盛り無料(^^)v コチラのそばを食べてから、駅の立ち蕎麦に足が向かなくなりました(^^);
