2月にしては、やや暑いくらいの陽気。
普段は食べないもり蕎麦に野菜天2種をオーダー。注文してから、天ぷらを揚げてくれる店のようで出てくるまで、壁に貼られたドランクドラゴン塚地のサインを見ながら待つこと数分。
揚げられてより魅力的な色になった野菜天が美しい。
まずソバから。口の中から、ソバの角としっかりとしたコシが伝わってくる。茹でた後にしっかりと洗っているからこその、この食感。うまー。
そして天ぷら。インゲンとナス。繰り返し言うが揚げたてだ。口に入れた瞬間に分かるゴマ油の風味が、野菜の甘みを引き立てる。なんじゃこりゃの旨さ。
あっという間に完食。絶対また来ます！！
