地下鉄四谷三丁目駅4番出口から4〜5分
角地の路麺店
入ってすぐの食券機でかき揚げそば520円をポチッと、奥の厨房に食券を出す時、トッピング天ぷらのインゲン天60円が目に入り、こちらを現金にて注文、男性1名とお母さん１名の2オペ
先客様6名様、生麺を注文が入ってから茹でるのかちょいと時間がかかったが、程なく着丼
天ぷらの上からお汁をかけたのか、すでにかき揚げが汁につかり浸みている
これはこれで有り、お汁は天ぷらの旨みが出てるし天ぷらはお汁の旨みを吸い取って美味しくなってる
お蕎麦は細めの生麺、クオリティ高し
お汁は濃いめの東京味
次は鴨汁せいろに狙いを定めてっと
