荒木町ランチ。
気になっていたこちらへ。
12時頃の訪問で、先客3、後客数名。
店内は入ってすぐにカウンターがあり
奥には、小上がりなのか、テーブルなのか
席があるようです。
ランチメニューは外の看板には
3種類書かれていて、
そのうち刺身定食は二重線で消されています。
今だけなのか、前々からなのか
このあたりはよく分かりません。
後客は、にぎりを注文しようとして
「昼はやってないんです」
とのことでした。
実質、ランチは鉄火丼かちらしかで、
ちらしにしました。
提供までは15分程度。
その間、店内はしーんと静まり返って
大将も意図していない状態だったようで、
気まずかったのか、
「楽しい会話も味のうちだけどねえ」
みたいなことを言っていました。
ちらしは丼というより
深めの皿という感じの器に入っています。
後から味噌汁が出てきました。
結論から言うと、この値段としては
圧倒的にネタがいい。

マグロ、貝類が軸のネタ。
みずみずしい。
定番ネタに固執しないのがいい。
個人的には搾菜の浅漬けが好きなので
これもよかった。
シャリはクセなし。
