普段野菜や豆腐サラダばっかり食べていると
反動で、たまには肉類を食べたくなるものです。
ということで、今宵はやきとんで一杯引っ掛けることにしました。
1本ずつから注文できるので、いろいろな味＆部位を頂けます。
炙りレバーなど、外は程よく焼けてカリカリ、中は半ナマでとろりとして絶妙。
お酒もいろいろありますが、特に気に入ったのが「電気ブラン」。
ロックやストレートのほか、ソーダ割りなどでも頂けます。
ほんのり甘く、独特の香りもあり、たまに違うお酒が飲みたい、味わいを変えたい時などにぴったりです。
シメは、豚マヨ丼。399円の小ぶりの丼物です。
ランチでやっている帯広豚丼とは別物ってことでしょう。
