The Yotsuya branch of Hong Kong Noodle Shinki in Mitsuke has a long history. When I have a craving for shrimp wonton noodles, I come here several times a year! After you order, the food is served with surprising speed. You can't hear any Japanese in the conversation of the staff. I'm interested in the dry noodles, but I always order the usual standard dishes. You can choose between Japanese noodles and Hong Kong noodles. The noodles here are thin and hard Hong Kong noodles (lol). The shrimp wonton noodles have a mild flavor and a little homemade chili oil adds a nice kick. The simple ingredients of the springy shrimp wontons and bok choy, and the noodles, which are hard to find in Japan, make you feel like you're in the real thing. Whatever you eat, you'll feel like you're in a foreign country at this restaurant. ▼Order Shrimp wonton noodles Beef fried rice Soy sauce Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) noodles Daikon mochi Gyoza / Dumpling ▼Budget 950 yen 900 yen 950 yen 550 yen 550 yen
